It's people that make a store good. This store has great people! From the customer service rep who directed me to the correct location to get my supplies (and checked with me as I left to make sure I didn't miss anything) to the gentleman who climbed multiple racks to get me a few items that were not accessible except by the rolling ladder or fork lift. ( He literally stopped what he was doing, and immediately addressed my needs.) I was overwhelmed by attentive and caring people!
I am very disappointed in this Home Depot. They are unorganized and not customer focused. I placed an order to be delivered and scheduled a delivery date. They give a 14 hour window for delivery. No that's not a joke. They say they will arrive between 6 am and 8 pm. With that you are forced to take an entire day off work unless you work close to home. They are supposed to call 30 minutes before they arrive. So my husband took the day off to wait for the Home Depot delivery. No one showed. We called and their response was they were really busy and couldn't make it. Really?!?! Not so much as an apology and no call letting us know they weren't coming. We were rescheduled for the next day. We requested a delivery time after 3:30 pm since my husband could not take another day off. 8 pm came and went and still no delivery. I called again and was told the delivery driver should be here any minute. No call, no nothing. Finally at 8:20 pm a truck showed up. I am glad we finally received our order but a phone call and an apology go a long way. I understand things happen that may be out of their control but they should take responsibility for their mistakes and make an attempt to communicate with their customers.
Probably the most helpful staff of any home Depot I've been to. The paint desk is always busy, but folks are friendly
Very helpful at this store, they went out of their way to find and match a bolt I brought in to the store. I appreciate the extra effort!
Please just work for the customer and not against them, time is to valuable yo waste an hour out of my morning for nothing
Bad employees, all I wanted was a simple exchange and I got the biggest run around and the most frustrating experience ever! I have a receipt, please swap and go like Lowe's 2 year store warranty no questions asked
