When I go in for simple and common electrical or plumbing supplies, I'm finding more and more that I leave this store empty-handed because the stock is too low or empty. While this is the closest option for me, I've taken to only going there if I happen to be driving-by, because it's in the opposite direction of the closest alternatives for me. It's disappointing because I like the staff.
I love going to Ace. I had a plastic cap break and wanted to see if I could find a replacement. He took the cap and came back having used glue to fix it - No charge. Then he helped me find a couple of other items I needed. Saves me time and they are always creative with their help.

One star is being generous. I sent my husband to get the green paint needed to paint the fence required by our HOA. The HOA has a deal with them. We didn't have the coupon to get the free paint, because it was at my office and I couldn't get to it today. Even with proof of an address, a request to get it to them on Monday, they refused to give us the paint. They were complete jerks about it. They will get there coupon on Monday so we can get the stinking free paint and then I will take my business elsewhere.
