Try to use small businesses because I am one too... Should get better service. Went there especially to use a coupon, my bad, was chatting and forgot to use it.... Went back the next day to see if they would honor it.... NOPE... Lots of big box stores do. I do, too bad he doesn't... Won't be back...
Pretty helpful staff, always polite. They keep a good stock of common items. I usually use this store for quick easy items like nuts, bolts, and other smaller hardware items. They do carry some items that larger stores don't.
This is a good Ace Hardware. People are knowledgeable and helpful. Good selections.
I've never been to an Ace with such bad service. They usually have lots of helpful people on the floor and friendly cashiers. Don't plan on coming here and getting any help on the floor or getting out quickly. I will not be back.
Their prices are a little higher than the big guys, but their customer service is exceptional.
