great for training reindeer, holly and comet. okay, so they were german shepherds. they thought they were reindeer
Great staff, always very friendly and helpful. Get both 8ur dogs groomed there too and they always do a great job.
The drop in service for dogs' nails trimming is fantastic. They took both of my big dogs in rapidly and finished the trims far faster than expected. Make sure you take the rabies papers with you, though. The info may not be on file even if you're a repeat customer. The register personnel are always very nice, too.
The staff here are very friendly and passionate about what they do. I had one of the women in the fish section actually call another store to find out information abhor an illness she wasn't sure about. It was very thoughtful!!!
PetSmart staff is great! Banfield staff are incredible, loving, and professional. Not sure what we'd do without them.
