I took my kitten here recently and I'm glad I decided to get a second opinion. After their evaluation I was told that the necessary procedures were very expensive and my other option was euthanasia. They made it seem so much worse than it actually was and when they gave me the eval I felt as if I was a horrible person for keeping her alive due to the extent of her injuries. I don't know if they assumed that I couldn't afford the surgeries or what but I felt like I was stuck between a rock and a hard place- they also wanted to keep her overnight which was about $1,700. Luckily my sister is a vet tech and she was able to give me her opinion based on her experience and was also able to get me an appointment with her office the next day. I was given a realistic and honest opinion which actually eased my concerns. Don't get me wrong the staff was very nice but I can't imagine if I did not get that second opinion! I would have put her down because I had completely put my trust into this facility.
The staff is incredible. They went above and beyond for me during the loss of my kitten. I have never been so touched by strangers, they were so kind and caring and gentle. I have visited many vets, this one was the best I have ever been to. The environment in the room was calm and soothing and I never felt rushed to make any decisions or say goodbye. I want them to know how much I appreciate everything they did for me, I will always be thankful to vets on Wednesday night, the 24th of May 2017. Thank you for caring so much and doing everything you could. I will always go back to this urgent care, they are the best in Colorado.
I appreciated the care my old doggy recieved here. I appreciate not being gouged financially for having an emergency. But I also appreciated the care and compassion of the staff, especially where it pertained to another pet owner who might not have been lucky enough to take her pet home. Good staff here.
my dog Bella was in really bad shape was told she had 40% of chance of living. I got told the best thing for her to do is stay in an urgent care so I picked here. It was the best thing ever, the staff is amazing Casey help me in so many ways. I was so scared to leave her Casey explained to me with everything they will do for her if they need to. Casey the next morning after I dropped Bella off the night before called me let know that she did great and asked if I would like to go there to feed Bella. After that I got to go up there through out the day to feed her and take her outside. They helped family and I show Bella that we were still there for here and that we loved her. Bella today is a live and strong and I thank everyone who help her it means everything.
