DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE. The vets have no idea what they are doing. They misdiagnosed my cat, telling me the lump on her neck was an abcess. They tried to drain it and gave her antibiotics. Guess what? It's not an abcess it's cancer. And there is a HUGE different between an abcess and a cancerous tumor. The fact that the vet couldn't figure this out is frightening. This crap clinic then refused to send her x-rays to the new vet I brought her to. This vet hospital is incompetent, and unable to do their jobs properly. They have cost me days with my cat, put her in pain, and cost me close to $1000 trying to get her better. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE THEY WILL KILL YOUR ANIMALS. I will be filing formal complaints with every single agency I can.

We love Dr. Schaeffer. She was so great during my Westies pregnancies, even though we received so much criticism from other vets. She even inquired how I was doing after I had my own surgery. Our little Maltese had a tooth extraction recently, and even though it was costly, we are happy to report he is much better. We also enjoy his kisses now! The staff is so friendly and really care about your fur babies. We will continue to come here and see Dr. Schaeffer. She is the best!
What makes this animal hospital even more outstanding is the fact that they won't try and empty your pocketbook while you're worried sick about your pet.
We drive more than 10 miles one way and pass upwards of 20 other Veterinarians to come here, all because the level service can't be matched.
Took my Leopard gecko in and they ripped off her toe and her tail. I've had my Gekco for 18 years and after 1 day I have to watch her die. I will never take any pet to this place in my entire life.
I get the impression the ENTIRE staff takes pride in what they do...even the waiting area is extremely clean and well maintained.
Each employee I've encountered, whether it be a receptionist, a tech, or a Veterinarian, has displayed a genuine and sincere interest in each animal's well being, all while being respectful and professional.
