I ended up going with 2 day shipping for $6.45. When I asked her if there was any way to track it all she said was "yes", and handed me my receipt. I looked for the tracking info on my receipt and when I didn't immediatley spot it, I asked her where it was. She again looked at me like I was stupid, grabbed the receipt, and with LOTS of attitude, she pointed to the tracking #.
I took over 100 boxes there durning the holiday season. There were always willing to help out!
Rude, rude, RUDE!!! The blonde girl with glasses was SUPER RUDE, and for no reason! I asked for express shipping and she looked at me like I was insane, then proceeded to say with attitude, "that's $22, just so you know!"
Was accidentally charged for 19 stamps instead of 9. It was clearly a mistake of the store, but they refused to refund me for the stamps I don’t need. I had to walk away with 10 extra international stamps that I will likely never need to use.
I can't imagine anyone giving this wonderful alternative to the long lines at a normal post office anything less than 5 stars. It is a bright, cheery store front with a super friendly and professional team of ladies who can handle any of your mailing needs. And yes, it also has a wonderful variety of gifts. I love it!
First off this is not an post office. Its a contract post office inside of a gift shop. They cannot perform many of the tasks that a normal post office can. They cannot cash money orders or overnight packages. There is most always a line and never enough employees on the clock. The only good thing about this place is that they have most of the boxes offered by usps available in store, otherwise id be giving them 1 star.
If I hadn't asked her where to find it, she was ready to go back to what she was doing, without a "thank you, goodbye, or have a nice day". If it pains this girl so much to answer SIMPLE questions, or deal with people in general, maybe she should be in the back room sorting mail, or NOT dealing with customers! The other people working were no more friendly or helpful. I stood there waiting for all of them to finish their conversation before they would look up, or offer to help. All I had to do was send an envelope. Its not as if I had anything difficult to send. This location REALLY needs help with their customer service skills!
