Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful!! I couldn't even ask a question without being snapped at. In the future I will make sure to go to a different location!!

Worst post office ever! I just want my mail ongoing problem since I moved in june, I've gone in, called, been trying to fix the issue for months. It's horrible.I've not received my drivers license, court paperwork, as well as other important papers. It's a absolute nightmare.

The delivery driver refused to deliver a package containing a 30lb bag of dog food because it required a "team lift" yet when I went to pick it up, a petite female was able to lift it onto the counter by herself and handed it to me. I also carried the package by myself to my car and up the stairs to my house. I'm sorry but this defines laziness to me- I certainly don't want anyone getting hurt but if you struggle to lift 30lbs up 1 flight of stairs it seems to me you are unfit to be a delivery driver.

Most awful postal service I've ever had in my life. I just received a costly, important brochure that was pertinent to my business. It was totally destroyed and unrecognizable. This happens all of the time. Most every publication that I get is ruined in some way. These people simply don't care and the quality of service is pathetic. I can't wait to move out of this zip code area.

I can honestly say I have spent more time dealing with problems coming from this post office in the last 2 months than I have anything else. Not only have they "misplaced" no less than 4 packages delivered to my home, but now a package sent from this post office has magically gone missing as well. Every package that goes through this building has been lost. If I could choose to use a different Post Office I would. It is shocking to me that there is no retribution for the hundreds of dollars of missing packages. All they tell me is to file a claim online. I tried to report to the BBB, but this location isn't even listed. The Postal Inspection Service will only file another claim. Nothing actually happens. I filed police reports, but yet again, nothing really comes of it. This is stealing.
