Have been seeing Northwest/Select Physical Therapy for almost 6 months for a variety of issues including post surgery rehabilitation, lower back pain, and joint pain. Erin, the therapy staff, and office staff have always been tremendously helpful in attending to my health, and have always been very professional. Most importantly, they always listen to me in a thoughtful way, creating a comprehensive personalized plan that helps me achieve my health goals. Highly recommend.
This has got to be the worst place I've ever bin to. They force you to do things knowing it hurts and then they decide to make you go half way across town for pool therapy. After that, they have you run around because they mistake your paperwork and get mad at you when you have to reschedule. I got threats from the employee because I had a car issue and called 3 days in advanced but when they want to cancel it's ok. What a joke

My wife has been for therapy for several weeks. The staff there is GREAT! They are very caring and patient. The results for her balance therapy have resulted in steady improvement, the same as for her back pain therapy. Erin is doing a fantastic job for her.
Sarah was very friendly. She was knowledgeable about my condition and helped me gained my strength back by designing the perfect exercise regimen for me.
