Two weeks ago, I managed to really mess up my right shoulder, so much so that I couldn't even move my right arm, had to be taken to the ER, and then see a shoulder specialist two days later. My shoulder doctor said I had to have PT to get back the mobility in my arm so I specifically requested to go back to Maria, at RMSS. I really appreciate all of her help (and each of the members at RMSS), because they have helped me tremendously, and have always been nice, respectable, competent and polite. I definitely recommend them :)
In response the S. Grant post, who gave us a poor to fair rating, there is no deception whatsoever. As he states in his review, per BCBS and quite frankly the State of Colorado, WE the "provider" can choose to collect money owed for deductibles at the time services are rendered. If a patient/client chooses to wait for the EOB's to come in from their Insurance this is fine. They will just owe a bigger amount at the end. We have found that it is much easier for people that have deductibles to "pay as they go". We work with everyone on payments if need be.

I adore RMSS's Ward location! Not only is it just a couple blocks from my work, but their office is always welcoming and very professional. My first experience went so amazingly well, that I have made them my official PT office.
The therapist I saw, Jeremy, wasn't bad but his office staff is the reason I will never go there again. First, I made my initial appointment and the receptionist called me back a couple hours later to make me reschedule because she had double booked. Okay, I did that, extremely unprofessional on her part but not a dealbreaker. Then when I came to my appointment, the receptionist told me that their contract with my insurer, BCBS, requires them to collect 100% of the visit cost up front, prior to each visit. I paid the whole cost ($70) for this first half hour visit but then went home and contacted BCBS and they said it was the Provider's decisions to collect the $ up front, not theirs. That really made me angry. I don' t like being deceived. I will never go to this establishment again. (They also aren't open on Tuesdays which is one of the few days of the week that I can make an appointment)
My PCP referred me to them back in November 2016 for my back and hip issues, that prevented me from walking most days (thanks to my college backpack). Now, I have no issues with my back or hip anymore, as long as I do the stretches I did regularly in PT, which makes me feel like a million bucks so why wouldn't I keep doing them.
