Nice mix of businesses can't wait for the new additions to open up and it's going to look nice from the highway. Don't break the law as there is a frequent law enforcement presence. A good thing luv Arvada...
They have a pretty good selection of shops and eateries. Not an exciting place, but has. most of what you need in one convenient location to get what you need done and go. Not a place you want to hang out at or take a retail stroll.
The nail salon in this shopping center is awesome! Sam's location is not crowded and very well staffed. I can't wait to see what other restaurants and shops are added.

HuHot is a great Mongolian BBQ. My experience at Floor & Decor has been very positive.
Floor and decor employee's are arrogant and don't have a clue about the flooring industry.
