I been taking Ace Express Bus to and from work everyday...I am very pleased with every Bus Drivers with thier professionalism..They all very polite, helpful to each and everyone that gets in the bus...
The new schedule is terrible. We're going to work or going to casinos not taking a tour on the bus for 1.5 to 2hrs for a 45 minutes ride.
I appreciate the service and convenience. But the customer service from the drivers sucks. It was my first time using Ace, I liked the buses, reminded me of a plane. A group of us girls went for the evening. But when we were to leave we asked driver if it was the correct bus n he mumbled n waved us on. He drove like a maniac, throwing us violently side to side down the hill. Then when he dropped us at stop it was the wrong station. No one gave us assistance and we were stuck across town at midnight. Thank goodness for Lyft!
Easy if you don't want to drive to the casinos!
This is the best way to get up to Blackhawk and Central City. You get to sit back relax and enjoy the ride. It cost $25 for a ticket round-trip and after you play you get a $23 rebate so $2 round trip not too shabby. I've never had a rude or bad driver. They take cash and debit or credit cards and there is a restroom and a vending machine in the waiting area. Parking is first come first serve and it's free and I believe that it is patrolled by security but don't quote me on that. I really like a Express
