There are issues at this store but it great most of the time. I've been coming to this King Soopers since the 90's when it was more of a mall. Now it is huge and very nice. Clicklist is great! My two major problems have been with bagging (raw meat bagged with produce or cleaning supplies) both in the store and with Clicklist. And the clothing department availability. It seems that an employee keeps the dressing room key and it goes home with them. So access to the dressing room is strangely limited and no hours are posted. The manager will not help you with clothing either. If the key is gone you're SOL. Those issues aside it is a solid store that has remained consistent over decades.
This is the coolest King Soopers EVER!!!! They have clothes and all kinds of stuff that most don't have. It is massive too!

I shop at this KS very often, mostly every two weeks. It does get busy of course on the weekends and getting through the aisles can be a bit of a hassle - nothing unusual there. They could expedite the check out process though since being pregnant and shopping on your feet for almost 45 minutes can have an impact on your body it would be a lot nicer if the baggers actually stayed at the stations that they are helping out at! About 2/3 times I have checked out I had to help bag my own groceries due to someone absent or someone honestly being too slow. There are people piling up behind me and I want to get off my feet as soon as possible. Sometimes I feel the cashiers are too chatty and are often slow to ring my purchases through in a timely fashion. If they worked on expediting the process of checking out at this location that would be fantastic! I was a cashier for years and sometimes I feel like reaching over the counter and shaking their shirt collar or showing them how to do it faster! One more thing I'll say is when they do have baggers staying at the station like they should be, I've noticed a few try to talk to
and ask me irrelevant questions to distract me from watching the prices as they're ringing up. I feel like an ass but I often ignore them so I can make sure I'm not over paying or being over charged for items.
I discovered this location while in Arvada and love it. It's big, clean, well organized with a friendly staff. Even though I live miles away I continue to shop there.
As usual very kind and helpful attitude. Been with King's now for over 30 years. Don't plan on going anywhere else. You all Rock @ store # 36
