Professional and sympathetic. They walked me through everything and were very responsive. Thank you for helping my family through this tough time.

Karen and her staff are the most compassionate, sincere, professional group my family has ever had the opportunity to depend upon during one of our most saddest times. They have shown my mother the most care and respect not only during the services but long after as well. Thank you for being there protect and looking out for my mother even when disrespectful family members tried to hurt her when she was alone and grief stricken. Thank you so much for taking care of my mother when I could not attend services due to work obligations.

We used this company to make arrangements for my uncle. The service was wonderful and everything went exactly as was expected. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel like family (that gets along, of course).

I recently sent some friends to Malesich and Shirey funeral home after losing their husband and stepfather, they were treated with upmost respect and dignity. My friends called to thank me for recommending Malesich and Shirey's service. They were thrilled with how professional the staff was how caring they were to process the arrangements. Thank you George and your staff for making this difficult process much easier for them. It was disturbing for me to read the negative reviews that have been posted about this business because that is not the experience we received at all. I felt compelled to give an alternate review and give this company the recognition that they so deserve .

I have had no connection to the people that work there except for the driver that was driving the hearse to our town. My husband's Uncle Vern White was brought here to Goodland to be buried. This where most of the family has been buried. When we got to the Cemetery all we saw was a 6ft hole in the ground. There was no awning or any way that we could put Uncle Vern in the ground. I have been to many funerals and I had never seen anything like this in my entire life. Plus to top it off the man who drove the hearse asked my husband for some type of rope which would help get the casket in the grave. With out the deal that is usually done and the way that is was put in the grave you know that the body had been moved around in there. To me this was very unprofessional for this type of business to operate. Also there were no chairs for people to sit on not even brought any folding chairs. That would have been great to even have them.
