Dr. Woods & the entirety of his staff are absolutely wonderful!! They are extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind, caring, patient, & want nothing but the best outcome for myself/patients. Dr. Woods was very thorough, took his time to give me detailed answers to every single question I had (I had bunches to put it mildly), and make sure, not only that he answered them, but that I fully understood & also had realistic expectations/outcomes. He is very honest & will not just tell you what you want to hear. I truly appreciate Dr. Woods & all of his team. Everyone there is fantastic & made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. I could not say enough positive words about my experience there. I can say that I am looking forward to returning to have further work done on my teeth. Thank you!!!
No issues regarding billing, scheduling, or wait times. The staff I've met have all been personable & helpful. The services I've received were as needed only. Questions are encouraged. I've asked for recommendations, opinions, and referrals with no problems.
Have being seeing Dr. Woods since he took over Dr. Eyer's patients. He is very good and up to date with the newest dental procedures. I have no plans to go elsewhere. Highly recommend!
